“Customer service steps in immediately after closing.” de la Cruz said.  “All communication moves from the sales manager to customer service. We handle all questions or concerns during the 1-year warranty period making sure the homeowner understands the process and knows they can reach out anytime.  Once the homeowner has lived in the home 30-45 days, customer service will contact them to schedule a walk-through with their construction manager. Any items that need to be addressed will be added to a punch list and we then schedule all trades to address and clear that list 2-3 weeks from the initial walk-through date. We do this again at 11-months. We’re committed to our customers and the Shodeen family building reputation. It’s important our homeowners know we are with them long after they’ve closed.”
