“We really enjoyed working with Carol (Sachs – Design Center Consultant),” Kristen said. “She guided us through the process and gave us some great ideas but always kept us within our budget. All the upgrades were priced out so there were no surprises.”
Sergiu, who commutes two hours daily to Illinois for work, added that the entire Shodeen building process was a positive experience.
“The overall communication was great and because we couldn’t visit that often during the building process, Joyce (Michel- Sales Manager) would send us photos and keep us up to date on progress. We’ve been in our home just over a month and are very pleased with the quality.”
The community, one mile from downtown Lake Geneva, is set among rolling hills and bordered by 2.7 acres of mature trees that will include a future nature walking path. Children attend Lake Geneva School District J1, including Badger High School.
